Jeremy Kleiman will take part in two panel discussions at the 2019 Betting on Sports America Conference in New York and New Jersey.
On Wednesday, April 24th, Jeremy will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Treading a Minefield? Legal risks & opportunities surrounding betting sponsorship.” Jeremy and the panel will explore which partnerships between betting and gaming brands and sports rights holders are possible now, which are impossible, and which move in grey areas. Jeremy will be joined by moderator Ola Wiklund of Wiklund Law, and panelists Jennifer O’Sullivan of Arent Fox and Bill Ordower of Major League Soccer.
On Thursday, April 25th, Jeremy will participate in a panel discussion on the state of sports gambling in New York. Jeremy will be joined by panelists Michael Lipton of Dickinson Wright, Martin Lycka of GVC Group, Stacey Rowland of Rivers Casino & Resort, and J. Gary Pretlow, New York State Assemblyman.
