Jack Losinger to Co-Moderate Higher Education Panel Discussion at the NJSBA Annual Conference

On Thursday, May 19th, Jack Losinger will co-moderate a panel discussion sponsored by the Higher Education Committee entitled “Hot Topics in Higher Education” at the 2022 New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Conference.  Joining Jack is co-moderator Jemi Lucey of  Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis; and panelists Yolanda Alverez, Qiana Watson and Maria Anderson of Montclair State University, and Edward Sponzilli of Norris McLaughlin.

The speakers will address important topics in higher education including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Clery Act, Title IX, student discipline, federal and state laws addressing accommodations and resources for qualified Students with Disabilities and the application to student pregnancy and marijuana, alcohol and weapons on campus.
