On Tuesday, August 16th, Melanie laCour will participate in a panel discussion at the 2022 Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga entitled “Gaming Regulation in the Digital Age: Are ‘Analog’ Regulations and Regulators Sufficient to Police the Digital Gaming Market?” Melanie will be joined by Moderator Karl Sleight of Harris Beach, and panelist Louis S.
