Kevin Hayes serves as the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Gaming Law Committee. The Gaming Law Committee reviews, studies, and makes recommendations concerning legislative proposals in the area of gaming law; promotes the understanding of laws, regulations, and court decisions in the gaming area; and develops materials and educational programs of interest to the gaming practitioner to promote improvements and professionalism in the field of gaming law.
