On Thursday, December 17th, Kevin Hayes will speak at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s virtual CLE webcast entitled “Critical Developments in Skill Games, Prediction Markets & Player Protection 2026.” As part of the program, Kevin and the panel will address the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding skill games, prediction markets, responsible marketing and player protection, as well as emerging issues involving AI, cryptocurrency, and data privacy in the gaming industry.
Kevin will be joined by Josh Ercole of The Council on Compulsive Gambling of Pennsylvania, Scott Leopold of Duane Morris, Michael Lyon of Walsh Pancio, and Kristine Marsilio of Duane Morris. The discussion is co-sponsored with the PBA Gaming Law Committee.
This program is eligible for 3 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states. In 50-minute states, this program is eligible for 3.6 hours of CLE credit. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.
