Bragg Gaming Group, a global B2B iGaming technology and content provider, has announced that it has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Wild Streak Gaming, a Las Vegas, Nevada-based content creation studio with a portfolio of 39 premium casino slot titles supported across online and land-based applications. The cash and stock transaction is valued at approximately $30 million.
Together with the pending acquisition of Spin Games, the transaction will advance Bragg’s acquisition strategy by increasing its ability to distribute and develop high-quality online casino content to the US market in-house, according to a press release issue by Bragg.
Saiber LLC served as M&A counsel to Bragg in connection with the transaction. In May 2021, Saiber represented Bragg in connection with its pending $30 million acquisition of Spin Games, a Reno, Nevada-based B2B gaming technology and content provider.
