On Wednesday, January 23rd, Bill Maderer, DanaLynn Colao, and Jack Losinger presented a CLE seminar to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Higher Education Committee on the keys to an effective internal investigation.
The presenters discussed their experiences conducting investigations for institutions of higher education and provided guidance and insights to prevent potential legal liability.
