On Tuesday, October 20th, Saiber’s Jaime Rivera Emmanuelli will participate in a panel discussion titled “Advertising, affiliates, and platform responsibility: where should regulators draw the line?” at the International Association of Gaming Regulators’ IAGR2026 in Lima, Peru. The discussion will focus on practical regulatory boundaries, consumer protection, enforcement challenges, and the extent to which stronger standards for advertising, promotion, and digital gatekeepers can support safer, more credible, and more effectively regulated markets.
Joining Jaime is Moderator Carrie Torrisi of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission; Wes Himes of Intrepid Partners; and Chris Hebert of the Louisiana Gaming Commission.
