FLORHAM PARK, NJ -- Saiber LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Pooja Patel as Counsel in the Firm’s Business Services practice group. Pooja joins the Firm with nearly a decade of experience in corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Saiber, Pooja served as in-house counsel for a private equity firm with over $1 billion assets under management that invests in the media, entertainment, technology, sports, consumer and digital media sectors. There, she provided strategic advice on complex transactional matters involving the Firm’s funds and portfolio companies. Previously, Pooja was an associate in the emerging companies and venture capital group of an AmLaw 100 law firm, handling various transactional matters involving private equity and venture capital firms and venture-backed companies.

Pooja received her B.S. from Rutgers University (magna cum laude) in 2013 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016. She will be based out of the Firm’s Florham Park office.
