In addition, we handle a wide variety of administrative matters and litigations involving agents and brokers. Our attorneys provide advice and representation to insurers on regulatory issues, including product development, policy wording, rating applications, insurance company formations and insolvency.
We also act as national counsel for General Reinsurance on its legacy, long-tail claims such as asbestos and environmental liabilities. These are high-stakes claims venued throughout the United States and involve significant issues of insurance coverage and allocation.
Working closely with management and in-house legal staff, we have utilized our extensive experience and in-depth understanding of coverage issues and policy interpretation to achieve very favorable outcomes for our clients.
