Brooke A. Taylor is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice group. Brooke focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on counseling insurers and reinsurers in a broad range of complex insurance and reinsurance disputes in arbitration and in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Saiber, Brooke was a judicial law clerk for the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission where she served on the Atomic Safety Licensing Board Panel. Previously, Brooke clerked for the Hon. Scott J. Moynihan of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
