Robert Patrick Vacchiano is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice group.
Robert concentrates his practice on representing insurers and reinsurers in a variety of complex litigation matters. In addition, Robert has assisted clients in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, discrimination, the Federal Civil Rights Act, consumer protection statutes, professional malpractice, construction defects, software licensing, land use, bankruptcy, and pension benefits.
Robert is an active member of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court.
Prior to joining private practice, Robert served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vincent J. Grasso, A.J.S.C. Robert is a graduate of George Washington University and Fordham University School of Law. He also spent time studying international finance and international commercial arbitration in China at Beijing Foreign Studies University and in South Korea at Sungkyunkwan University.
